Please find the below information pertaining to the 2010 GT3 Asia Series for your reference.

27 – 29 August Jeonnam Int’l Circuit, Korea (AFOS) Rd 7 & 8
10 – 12 September Fuji Int’l Circuit, Japan (SGT) Rd 9 & 10
22 – 24 October Motegi / Autopolis, Japan (SGT / F Nippon) Rd 11 & 12
19 – 21 November Guia Circuit, Macau (MGP) Invitational
3) Sporting and Technical Rules
As per the attached 2010 GT3 Asia Series Rules and Regulations
4) Eligible Cars and Entries
Vehicles as per 2010 GT3 Asia Series Rules and Regulations, and drivers will be invited from SCCHK members, or invited by Motorsport Committee and subject to the approval of the organizing Committee.
5) Series Registration and Race Entry Fees
Series Registration fee is EUR17,000 per season will include :
- 2 Day Official Pre-season Test at Sepang International Circuit (Full Track)
- Entry Fees for 12 rounds (excluding Macau GP)
- 2 days, VIP Hospitality Passes for 3 persons
Single Entry fee is EUR3,250 per event will include :
- 2 days, VIP Hospitality Passes for 3 persons
Team Registration fee is EUR 350 per car to be used for team’s promotion i.e. race queens, etc
The above amount does not include of logistic movement, transportation arrangement and storage cost for the Season.
Deadline : Registration will be closed on 15th March 2010
Shipping : 28th March to Sepang F-1 Circuit ( April Gt Open season Officail Testing date ).
Entry fees are not refundable, except under the conditions specified owing:hey will be rejected.
The Organiser has the right to accept entries on the day of the race.
Payment should be made by check or cash, bank wire transfer in Euros.

6) Race Numbers
Drivers may reserve their race number by indicating on the entry form and the request will be re-confirmed by the race committee.
Race Number 1 to 3 is reserved for the 2009 winners.
7) Logistic and Circuit Storage
All Freight arrangements will be handled in the same way as in 2009.
Costs are estimated to be similar to 2009 and a detailed breakdown will be supplied at a later date.
8) Official Tires
An exclusive tire supplier will be appointed for the 2010 series for the GT3 Asia races.
All tires will be delivered as per your order. Service will arranged in each race circuit.
Sales of the tires will be handled exclusively by Motorsport Asia Ltd.
Price list for 2010 and order form will be forwarded shortly.
Payment should be made in advance by bank transfer or Credit-card after order confirmation.
9) Race AMB Lap timing Transponders
From 2009 onwards, it has been compulsory for all competitors to purchase an AMB transponder. This was done to make it easier for the teams because the transponders are your own property, and will be connected to the car battery unit. Thus there is no need for removal after each race. This saves both the Teams and MAL a considerable amount of preparation time at each circuit.
Any competitor who needs to order an AMB Transponder should contact Motorsport Asia Ltd.
10) Procedure for entering 2010 GT3 Asia Series
Each driver and team must fill in the entry form provided in the 2010 GT3A Series Rules and Regulations and send it to Motorsport Asia at mal@motorsportasia.com or fax to +603 2026 1681.
